Legal terms governing your use of InterviewPro. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Agreement to terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using InterviewPro (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Policy and Refund Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Use of the service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes: to conduct or participate in technical interviews and assessments. You may not:

• Share account access or credentials, or allow others to use your account except as permitted (e.g. team members under your plan).
• Use the Service to cheat, impersonate, harass, or violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Resell or sublicense the Service unless we have agreed in writing.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or our Policy.

Intellectual property

InterviewPro and its content, features, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. problem sets); you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to store, process, and display that content).

Payment and subscription

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at sign-up or renewal. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a change may constitute acceptance.

Privacy and data

Our collection and use of personal and session data are described in our Policy and any applicable privacy notice. By using the Service, you consent to that processing. You must inform candidates that sessions may be recorded and monitored.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms and, for material changes, we will notify you via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your contract or, if none, the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
