Terms and policies that apply when you use InterviewPro. We keep this page updated when we change our practices.
Acceptable use
You may use InterviewPro only for running and taking technical interviews and assessments. You may not use the service to harass, impersonate, or cheat, or to probe or attack our systems or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Data and privacy
Session data—including webcam, screen, and optional mobile capture—is stored for review and evidence. We process it in line with our privacy notice and applicable law. By using the platform, you agree to that processing. Candidates should be informed that their session is recorded and monitored.
Service terms
InterviewPro is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Usage may be subject to plan limits (e.g. session caps). Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase; refunds follow our refund policy if stated separately.
Changes
We may update these policies from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify you via the app or email where appropriate.
